A 1-year recovery programme after bereavement and loss for carers and former carers in Merton.
Co-facilitated by Avanti Mental Wellbeing CIC and Life Enrichment, the programme offers a supportive, trauma-informed space for people navigating grief, loss, and the emotional impact of a caring role ending.
Sessions include shared support, creative and reflective approaches, and compassionate guidance in a safe, welcoming group environment.

Format: Weekly for 6 weeks, followed by monthly support groups (every 1st Thursday)
