Avanti offers a supportive, welcoming space for adults experiencing mental health challenges and unpaid carers to connect, recharge, and take positive steps forward in a relaxed setting.
Sessions this week:
Mon 9 – Activity Group: Art session with Helen (18:00–20:00)
Tue 10 – Carers (Peer) Support Group (14:00–16:00)
Thu 12 – Music Group: Drumming circle with Grant Lorimer, Flow Community Drumming (17:00–19:00)
All sessions are free and drop-in once you’ve registered with Avanti.
