Avanti is a local community service offering free, welcoming sessions to help you connect, create and feel supported in a safe and friendly environment.
Week commencing Monday 25th May at Avanti Mental Wellbeing CIC:
• Bank Holiday: No session
• Carers Peer Support Group (Tue 14:00–16:00)
• AVANTI Mood Groove: Drumming Circle with Grant Lorimer “Flow Community Drumming” (Thu 17:00–19:00) •AVANTI Mood Groove: Choir with Christopher Killerby (Fri 10:30 – 13:30)
These sessions are part of our mental wellbeing and bereavement support services in Merton, supporting carers, former carers and members of the local community.
