Avanti is a local community service offering free, welcoming sessions to help you connect, create and feel supported in a safe and friendly environment.
Week commencing Monday 11th May at Avanti Mental Wellbeing CIC:
• Creative Art Session (Mon 18:00–20:00)
• Carers Peer Support Group (Tue 14:00–16:00)
• Avanti Bereavement Recovery Programme – 1st monthly session (Thu 14:30–16:30)
• Drumming Circle with Grant Lorimer (Flow Community Drumming) (Thu 17:00–19:00)
These sessions are part of our mental wellbeing and bereavement support services in Merton, supporting carers, former carers and members of the local community.
