Stay well, stay connected and look after yourself this winter. Here is what’s on at AVANTI next week.
AVANTI is a mental health CIC based in Mitcham, open to people from Merton and neighbouring boroughs. Whether you’re living with a mental health difficulty, are neurodivergent or care for someone, there’s a place for you here. Every week we bring people together through creative activities, conversation and practical information. We also offer ADHD screening and coaching, therapeutic support, and tailored training and workshops, both face to face and online.
Timetable changes: from this week, our Monday sessions run from 17:00 to 19:00, and our Carers (Peer) Support Group has moved from Thursday to Tuesday.
