Avanti Mental Wellbeing CIC invites unpaid carers across Merton to a free focus and engagement session on Thursday 27 August 2026.
Caring for someone can be demanding and often goes unrecognised. This session is a chance to speak openly about what that is like, in a relaxed and supportive setting.

- Getting the right information and advice
- Spotting needs earlier, before they grow
- The biggest challenges unpaid carers face
- Breaks, wellbeing and respite
- What Merton should prioritise for carers
Feedback from the session will inform Merton’s Carers Strategy and preventative services.
