Avanti Mental Wellbeing CIC is pleased to offer a new ADHD Assessment and Coaching Service for adults who are exploring ADHD traits, seeking greater self-understanding, or looking for practical, compassionate support.
Our approach is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, recognising that ADHD is not just about challenges, but also about creativity, insight, and unique ways of thinking.
Who the Service Is For
This service may be helpful if you:
- Suspect you may have ADHD traits
- Are seeking clarity and validation around lifelong patterns
- Want practical support for everyday challenges
- Prefer a non-judgemental, supportive space to explore neurodivergence
You do not need a previous diagnosis to access this service.
About the Practitioner
The service is run by Marcella Meloni, qualified ADHD Assessor and specialist ADHD Coach, with extensive experience working in community mental health, peer support, and creative wellbeing settings. Marcella works collaboratively with clients, prioritising safety, understanding, and empowerment.
What the Service Includes
Clients can access one or more of the following:
- ADHD Assessment
A structured ADHD assessment using the DIVA-5 screening tool, carried out in a supportive and respectful way. - Written Assessment Report
A clear, personalised report summarising assessment outcomes, strengths, challenges, and tailored recommendations. - ADHD Specialist Coaching
One-to-one coaching sessions focused on practical strategies, self-understanding, emotional regulation, and everyday life skills. Sessions are available in person or online. - ADHD Peer Support Group
Access to a regular ADHD peer support group, offering connection, shared understanding, and mutual encouragement in a safe, facilitated environment.
Services can be booked as standalone options or combined into a package, depending on your needs and preferences.

To ensure the service is accessible, fees are offered on a sliding scale. Please contact us to discuss options — we are happy to explore what feels manageable and appropriate for you.
