Avanti is a local community service offering free, welcoming sessions to help you connect, create and feel supported in a safe and friendly environment.
This week at Avanti Mental Wellbeing CIC:
•Board Game Session (Mon 18:00–20:00)
•Fundraising afternoon for Dementia UK with Gill (Tue 14:00–16:00)
• Avanti Bereavement Recovery Programme – fourth session (Thu 14:00–16:00)
• Drumming Circle with Grant Lorimer (Flow Community Drumming) (Thu 17:00–19:00)
These sessions are part of our mental wellbeing and bereavement support services in Merton, supporting carers, former carers and members of the local community.
