This week at Avanti Mental Wellbeing CIC, we are running:
• Mindful Colouring for Well-being — Monday, 18:00–20:00
• AVANTI Carers Peer Support Group — Tuesday, 14:00–16:00
• Drumming Circle (Avanti Office) — Thursday, 17:00–19:00
These sessions are part of our community mental health support in Merton and our wider mental wellbeing and bereavement support services. We support carers, former carers, and members of the local community through welcoming activities, shared conversation, and community-led wellbeing support.
