Franciso Canizo

As a holistic coach with a diverse background in personal and group training, exercise referral, and an integrative approach to mental wellbeing—including Mindfulness, NLP, CBT coaching, and breathwork—I’m passionate about supporting Avanti CIC’s mission to improve mental health and wellbeing in both the community and the workplace.

Through group coaching and 1:1 sessions, I support individuals in developing mind-body awareness and growth by employing practical, proven tools and techniques to enhance self-awareness, emotional intelligence, coping strategies, and stress management. Physical wellbeing is equally supported through inclusive exercise tailored to all levels.

I offer a unique fusion of mindfulness and movement to deepen body awareness, boost vitality, and cultivate a sense of calm and inner peace.

Together, we can build resilience, foster a positive mindset, and create a safe, supportive space to align with the best version of your future self.
